Ayusa is a leader in high school foreign exchange, with over 30 years of experience and more than 60,000 students placed with American families. Our success is driven by a belief in the importance of building strong relationships with our participants and we provide several layers of support to make sure everyone’s year is positive and unforgettable. Our local, regional and national staff all share the same passion for cultural exchange and are available to answer the smallest questions and handle the toughest problems so that you can focus on the most important and rewarding work: introducing a foreign high school student to America.
  
Ayusa International is a non-profit organization founded in 1981 to promote global learning and leadership through cultural exchange, volunteer and leadership programs for high school students from around the world. For more than 30 years, Ayusa has provided students with an invaluable perspective on other cultures and a more profound understanding of their important role in the global community by allowing them to experience another culture and share their culture with a new community.
 

Ayusa is a founding member of the CSIET (Council on Standards for International Educational Travel) and has received a "full listing" as an accredited exchange organization for over 30 consecutive years since CSIET's inception.

Our host families and students build life-long relationships and give one another the experience of a lifetime.
